Non‑refundable policy
All plans are non‑refundable. Please consider carefully before purchasing, especially the Decision Plan which is a 24‑hour commitment. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Terms of Service.
How It Works
Upon registration and approving your email, you will receive immediate access to your Dashboard and the AI Agentic Assistants configuration/deployment panel. There you can:
- Choose your Experts: Choose up to 5 different Experts per Assistant from our library of 250 specialized roles.
- Expert Roles Combinations: Possible 7.8+ billion different Expert Roles combinations per Assistant.
- Customize and Configure your Assistants: Add any desired custom instructions and customize settings of your Assistants.
- Deploy instantly: Each plan includes dedicated deployment slots; you can re‑deploy as many times as needed.
- Unlock Swarm Orchestration starting from Basic Plan: With 3 or more Assistants you gain access to our full Multi‑Agent Swarm Orchestration engine—configure collaborative swarms across multiple topology strategies enhanced by advanced consensus mechanisms. Transform your individual Assistants into a coordinated AI workforce that competes, collaborates, and validates outcomes autonomously.
- Upgrade or extend: You can upgrade to a higher plan or add extra days/months at any time—no automatic renewals, no lock‑in.
Mandatory addition: As a non‑changeable feature, each of your customizable Assistants includes Ethics, Privacy, and Data Protection Expert Auditors that validate your instructions against ethical guidelines, privacy standards, and human‑rights values. Any AI Agentic Assistant whose instructions fail this validation will be prohibited and will not operate.

Plan Flexibility
All plans are designed to give you full control:
- Upgrade at any time: Move to a higher plan to unlock more Assistants and deployment slots.
- Extend your plan: Add extra days or months to your current plan without changing the feature set.
- No automatic renewals: Plans do not renew automatically; you decide when to extend or upgrade.
- No downgrades: Once you have chosen a plan, you cannot downgrade to a lower tier—this ensures consistent service levels.
All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely. After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation and immediate access to your Dashboard.
