This Intellectual Property Notice outlines the ownership, protection, and permitted uses of the intellectual property assets of MindStack SIA and its brand MindStackLLC™.

1. Ownership and Rights Holder

All intellectual property described in this Notice is owned by MindStack SIA (registration number: 40203709886), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Latvia. MindStackLLC™ is a brand and trademark used by MindStack SIA in connection with AI‑assistant and related software services.

2. Copyright Protection

The entire content, features, and functionality of the MindStackLLC™ AI Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, documentation, and source code, are original works of authorship protected by international copyright laws and treaties.

3. Trademark Protection

“MindStackLLC™” (including the stylized logo) and the phrase “MindStackLLC™ Assistant Role Suite” are trademarks used by MindStack SIA in connection with AI‑assistant services, software, and related offerings. The ™ symbol denotes an unregistered trademark; registration may be sought in applicable jurisdictions. First use in commerce: 2026.

Unregistered trademark rights may arise in jurisdictions where the mark is used in commerce, subject to local laws. Unauthorized use of identical or confusingly similar marks in connection with similar goods or services may constitute trademark infringement, false designation of origin, or unfair competition.

4. Assistant Role Suite – Proprietary Compilation

The specific selection, arrangement, and presentation of role classifications within the MindStackLLC™ AI Assistant Role Suite constitute a proprietary curated compilation developed and owned by MindStack SIA. This compilation represents investment in creation and presentation.

5. United States Protection

In the United States, the compilation is protected under Title 17 of the United States Code (Copyright Act). Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, scraping, or creation of derivative works may constitute copyright infringement.

6. European Union / EEA Protection

Within the European Union and European Economic Area, where the Assistant Role Suite qualifies as a database under Directive 96/9/EC due to substantial investment in its creation and presentation, it is protected under that Directive. Investment has been made in obtaining, verifying, and presenting the contents. Unauthorized extraction or re‑utilization of all or a substantial part of the database is prohibited.

7. Global Protection

Internationally, the compilation is protected under applicable copyright treaties (e.g., Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement). Unauthorized use may also constitute unfair competition, misappropriation, or violation of other intellectual property rights where recognized.

8. Trade Secrets and Confidential Information

Platform logic, algorithms, system architecture, workflows, methodologies, and underlying implementation details not publicly disclosed are proprietary trade secrets of MindStack SIA. These assets are protected under applicable trade‑secret laws (e.g., EU Trade Secrets Directive 2016/943, U.S. Defend Trade Secrets Act).

9. Permitted Uses

You may use the MindStackLLC™ AI Platform and its publicly available materials solely in accordance with the Terms of Service (for service usage) and Terms of Use (for website access). Permitted uses include:

Accessing and using the platform as an authorized user.
Viewing, downloading, and printing content for personal, non‑commercial reference.
Creating AI agents and outputs within the platform, subject to the Terms of Service.

10. Prohibited Uses

Without express written permission from MindStack SIA, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any part of the platform, Assistant Role Suite, documentation, or other proprietary materials.
Scrape, crawl, extract, or systematically retrieve content for any purpose outside the platform's intended functionality.
Use any portion of the Assistant Role Suite or other proprietary materials to train, fine‑tune, or improve machine‑learning models, AI systems, or other automated tools.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or architecture.
Use the trademarks “MindStackLLC™” or “MindStackLLC™ Assistant Role Suite” in a manner likely to cause confusion, dilution, or misassociation.
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices.

11. Enforcement and Remedies

MindStack SIA will actively monitor for unauthorized use of its intellectual property and will take appropriate legal action to enforce its rights. Remedies may include injunctive relief, damages, account of profits, and recovery of legal costs.
